Good family friendly campsite

Lovely park nice clean

We were right next to toilet showers and was noisy at night

Everything, clean toilets and showers, nice site, spacious pitch choose where you want no set size or plot.

Bucklegrove was welcoming and had all the amenities we needed. The shower and toilet facilities were clean and stocked and cant really fault them.
We camped in Tor View field and all other campers were respectful and friendly. The view from this field across Cheddar countryside was beautiful and one of the best parts about our stay.

We struggled to find a plug to boil our kettle on a morning and our pegs didn't go fully into the ground, I think we chose a pitch with rocks underground. But we managed in both of these areas mentioned.

The pitch was great with a lovely sized field to play in. Had a great view of the countryside and The Glastonbury Tor. The swimming pool was really good. Was well maintained and great for young kids and toddlers. The cafe was also good with a few things for kids to do. Really impressed and will be going back again.

Nothing to dislike about this particular journey.

We were really happy with the site. Great sized pitches, lovely club house, clean facilities, staff very helpful, great location for day trips we went to Weels, Wookey Hole and Cheddar. Also the local side of road grocery shops were perfect and the Strawberry picking was a bonus.

Not a huge issue, but our tent pitch was back to back with the play park/ lodge so of an evening it could be quite loud until late

Kids liked splashing in the pool.

For the money I would expect the place to look tidier eg grass and hedges to be cut. Our pitch was untidy new fence thing at the back with crushed hedge and rubbish in bottom of ditch the hedges dividing pitch had brambles growing out everywhere.
My daughter went for shower and found poo on shower floor men’s toilet water all over the floor.

The facilities and area were very nice. Easy to set up with everything needed

The food offerings in the restaurant were not the best unless you like chips and deep fried food.
