Nice, quiet place, close to Hastings , clean toilets and showers with hot water . Owner very nice and helpful. Small shop on the side.

Great campsite allowed fires and facilities were clean. Close to town and beach. Food on site was very nice.

It was very clean, also the neighborhood was beautiful.

Bathrooms were kept clean.
Showers were decent.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Large group made for a lot of noise both with music and loud voices/laughter.
Another smaller group were playing loud music from lunchtime to after 10pm.
Campsite was noisy until gone 11pm when I had to go and ask people politely if they wouldn’t mind putting their music off.
Donna was very helpful the following morning in giving me her number to call if they were noisy again the next night - but the terrible weather conditions seemed to quieten them down by 10.40pm on night 2, so there was some silver lining to the torrential storm cloud!

Clean, basic facilities. Had a food van on site which was a bonus. Could choose your pitch, plenty of room for everyone. Staff friendly when checking in.

A lot of it was on a slope so we all went sliding off down hill in the night!!

Great facilities, immaculately clean and spacious toilets and shower. Never had to wait for a shower. Hot water and strong shower! V friendly and helpful staff. My partner and I came for 2 nights with my brother and sister in law and had a great time. You can easily get the bus from right outside the campsite into Hastings for a day out. The weather was terrible the second night but we were fairly sheltered at the top end of the field. Pitches are a bit slopey towards the toilet block so I’d recommend camping at the top where we did. Can play music and have a fire. We all had 3G. All in all a great site, fairly basic but everything you need and in a good location.

No hot water at washing up station. We had a few noisy neighbours all having a great time and playing loud music and games. They did get told to keep it down at one point by the staff at about 10pm. We were fine with the noise because we wanted to play music and chat too but if you were looking for a quieter site this might not be it.

Lovely field, bit bumpy in places. Been here before had no trouble with other campers. Got a great shower n toilet block. I did arrive after 6pm. I paid on pitch up.com so didn't need a visit from the property owner. It is quite central for places like Hastings.

Very family and dog friendly campsite. Calm, quiet, lots of greenery. 7 minutes from Battle town and 15 from Hastings by the sea by car.
