Beautiful location and decent facilities. Hot shower was a god send as always and the toilets are at the end of a very well lit path which makes it very easy to access at night. The washing facilities are also very useful with soap and sponges provided which makes a great difference. Being able to choose your own pitch as well gives you the privacy you want and the space to relax.
Really close to the famous Four Falls walk and lots of other walks nearby, also a short drive to Pen y Fan which is always great. All of us enjoyed our stay very much and were thankful to the lovely welcome we felt.

When it got really busy, could do with a few more toilet cubicles to deal with the demand

No chemical waste so I guess that's why they say no motorhomes.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Bryn Bwch and already planning my next visit. If you’re after a quiet, back-to-nature campsite with stunning views and easy access to some of South Wales’ best walking routes, this place ticks every box.

The site itself is beautifully kept, with spacious pitches and a relaxed, friendly vibe. Facilities are simple but spotlessly clean—hot showers, toilets, and a washing-up area that does the job perfectly. Firepits are allowed, and wood is available on-site, which made for some great evenings around the flames.

Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. You’re minutes from the Four Waterfalls walk and a short drive to Pen y Fan, so whether you’re into gentle strolls or full-on hikes, you’re covered. Plus, the nearby village has a couple of cracking pubs and a distillery if you fancy a treat.

It’s dog-friendly, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Bryn Bwch is exactly what camping should feel like—uncomplicated, welcoming, and memorable. Highly recommend.

It was all perfect

Perfect location for the waterfalls walk. This is a busy campsite, could really do with more showers and toilet. (Just 1 female shower) On checkout day the owner lets you keep your car onsite for the full day. No WiFi but I had good mobile signal.

I would say it was a bit overcrowded, felt like we were pitched too close to each other.
