Children aloud to play with balls around the caravans and cars. Need to put signs up. Plenty of fields around for children to play on not around caravans.

Lovely campsite, very peaceful. Good facilities, owner very helpful and friendly! Couple of pubs just up the road within easy walking distance. Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be returning!

The site is very well maintained, and our pitch had a lovely side view of the farmhouse with beautiful trees in front of us. The facilities on site are very clean and we didn’t find we had to wait to use showers or toilets. There are two dishwashing sinks outside the toilet block, and one inside the shower/washing room next to the toilets. The site is a farm, however we did not find at all that this affected our stay negatively, in fact it was quite nice to see the odd tractor coming in and out. The site generally was quiet and we kept on site for the majority of our stay and enjoyed doing so. The gentleman who showed us to our pitch on arrival was very nice, and wished us a safe journey when we left! There are bins/recycling on site also so you can dispose of any rubbish correctly during the stay, or when you leave.
We had our own tap on our pitch to make it easy filling our kettle/pans so you don’t need to pack a water carrier, which is a plus, and our electric hook up point was right behind our tent too! WiFi on site worked very well for us, which was great as we had no phone signal and could keep in touch with family while away. We will definitely be returning to this site again, next time we hope to stay longer!!

An ice cream van visited the site every day we were there too !!

Well kept site, peaceful, large pitches.

Chose a premium pitch with all facilities on it. Quiet site. Very tidy for a 'farm site'.
Very good wifi. Handy for pubs. The White Hart a mile away in Woodbury village being the best, we found. Good food. Owner always around if you needed anything.
Nice beaches at Budleigh Salterton.

Final access roads quite narrow, but not unusual for Devon. Make for walking anywhere a bit dodgy though.
Was urged to tip cassette into pitch waste drain, but used main CDP nearby as no way of flushing it. Shower-block regularly cleaned, but getting tired - if it matters to you.

Nice grass and hedges, level, clean. Quiet. Pleasant owner. Good pub in village with decent food.

Had to transfer grey waste manually to drain but this is a minor inconvenience. Wifi was intermittent, working well when working.
