We went swimming everyday and my children absolutely loved it.
We regularly went and sat down by the river and looked for fish & animals in the water !

Good arcade in the Venue. Really good value for money. Only stayed for 3 nights but would have liked to stay longer. Good choice of pitches depending if you want to be nearer facilities or more out of the way and quiet. Really good first experience-not sure how it was before new management but can see work is being done for improvements. The mini railway will be good when open and if the old salon and shops area could be refurbished it would make the site even better.

Disabled shower and toilet with radar key- could do with updating and having a solid seat rather than wooden chair. The site was fairly quiet when I went but not sure how the entertainment and the Venue will hold up at busy times. Reception staff clearly not happy with staff at the Venue as they were directing many customers to reception when it wasn't necessary, but did also say that there were a lot of changes and new staff.

Our security team frequently patrol the touring fields at night to ensure that all guests are respecting others and can only apologise that you found it noisy at night time. The swimming pool sessions are always busy hence why we request all guests to book so that we can ensure everyone can enjoy the pool whilst they are with us. We have literally just launched an app too to make these easier for our guests and owners. Thanks again for your feedback, it is very much valued, reviewed and where possible, acted upon.

The bathroom facilities we have doubled from last year. We have also increased the team looking after them as ever expected to be so busy, so quick and we have a dedicated team in each block now. I really hope that you will return soon to see us. Thanks again.
