Fantastic site. Never been here before but I can tell the new ownership have really improved the place as so many things look brand new. Lots and lots to do, found all the prices very reasonable. Chip shop and pizza van do nice food. I can tell if I come back next year it will be even better.

The place needs more shade on the tables. It's blistering hot here and everyone is crowding against the building the stay cool, big oversight and umbrellas needed. Also the front of the building needs to be kept clean as the place looks like scene of an arachnid horror film (spiders).

Has activities for all ages, kids enjoyed the pool and evening entertainment.

There are no designated spaces to place your tents, so a bit disorganised. Cars driving all over the grass so felt unsafe at times with the younger children. The bathrooms need to be thoroughly cleaned every couple of hours, muddy floors, sanitary bins constantly overflowing, poo in showers! One of the bathrooms was closed for over half a day when it was over 30 degrees, so you can imagine the state of the other bathrooms, no toilet paper or soap.

We stayed for 3 nights and i only saw the cleaners twice!

Lots of activities , open spaces, the play park is good for children there's also a water lido . We didn't use all the facilities as we went with a 3 year old . He loved the train, the lake with fish and ducks , the river which we walked along to bug hunt, the play park and the swimming pool. Would advise to pre book activities and swimming pool to avoid disappointment as very busy

Queuing system at reception, as it also serves coffees and ice-cream . Could do with another staff member to serve the food and drinks and separate member of staff for the booking of activities and swimming pool admission.

The resort clearly has. Lot of investment.
I like the casual nature of where you pitch up. The pitches and the park were very tidy and well looked after.
The outdoor splash area is great. The amphitheater is a really good idea and a complete bonus.

Lots of facilities on offer and entertainment was good for kids.

Very disorganised and facilities not kept clean. Toilets constantly out of toilet roll, showers dirty and tiny, nowhere to hang dry items etc. No record of our booking on arrival so weren’t given any site info at all. We booked an electric pitch but were told “good luck with finding one” upon arrival as it’s a free for all and not manned/checked at all.
Also Turns out you have to book a lot of things the day before including swimming - which you have to book and check in via the cafe queue! So an hour swimming slot becomes 30 mins by the time you’ve queued to get in and got changed.
Also lots of workmen on site, oaths closed during the day so we had to walk in the road etc.

Fantastic site, constantly being cleaned, all the pitches are well maintained and clear of any litter 🚮, the staff in the camp shop was helpful polite and caring, couldn't fault the site, only one small thing, couldn't find any dog bins.

Amazing place, Facilities are excellent there's a lot of activities for kids to do. Its still developing and I cant wait to see it when its finish.

Great facilities. Lovely toilets and showers. So much to do for our kids (8 and 12 years), swimming, pump track, mini football pitch, play parks, entertainment etc. Who needs the sea side?! Can’t wait to return.
