Beautiful location, lovely play park which was all enclosed and safe so great when travelling solo with a child.. Clean facilities with lovely family room which was perfect for us to use together.. Our pod was spacious and clean with a lovely hot tub i had trouble getting the little one out of. We had food delivered from the pizza menu in the evening and breakfast the following morning.. Piping hot and delicious.. delivered with a smile by a lovely polite young girl who is a credit to big bear lodge. Thank you so much for our stay we will definitely be back.

I had even messaged you three times to pay for what you had taken out of the shop and you didn’t mention anything.
I have checked the shower it is fine it has a small head and a waterfall and you choose which you want. So I can only imagine you didn’t put the lever in the right place but if you had of asked me I would have come and shown you how it works. It is very simple though.
I am sorry you found one white hair it can be simple for those things to fly in but again if you had of wanted the bed changed I would have done so. But I had cleaned the pod only two hours before you arrived.
I’m glad you would come again but I would like to point out our check in and out times and overstaying by 2hours and 15 mins without even asking i think is a little bit unthoughtful.
