Camping Ciudad de León

Mi è piaciuto It was a quiet site and the bar/restaurant had random opening hours. We are there one forming and it was basic but good value. We walked cross-country into the city. It takes about 1.5 hours at a slow pace. Shady pitches but narrow between first trees and we needed levelling ramps. Toilets and showers were OK but no soap in washroom, which I feel is unhygienic.

Non mi è piaciuto The ambience of the location is not very warm. There is a building site right next door with new houses being built. These had been left half-built for a whirl but now are being finished which is good news.

Non mi è piaciuto Leider war die Campingplatz Bar abends und morgens geschlossen (1. September Woche).
Der Weg in die City von Leon ist relativ weit, wenn man zu Fuß gehen will(ca. 7 km)

Mi è piaciuto We stayed for 2 nights in order to visit Leon. We had a friendly welcome, a good pitch and the facilities were modern and clean. On our first morning the timetabled bus failed to appear and the staff could not contact a taxi. This resulted in one of the managers giving us a lift into town in his own car which was much appreciated.

Mi è piaciuto Der Campingplatz ist eine kleine ruhige Oase in unmittelbarer Nähe der Stadt Leon.
Er liegt gemütlich unter Bäumen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir durften uns einen Platz aussuchen. Das Waschhaus war in Ordnung. Für 1 Übernachtung völlig ausreichend.

Mi è piaciuto Very quiet, decent enough facilities for an overnight stay, nice cold beer and simple restaurant when needed! We were there just before the pools were opened so can’t comment other than to say that they looked fine.
Decent location for Santander - about 3 hours drive so not too arduous either way.

Non mi è piaciuto Not the campsite’s fault, but there was a continuous noise of multiple dogs barking throughout the night (is there a boarding kennels nearby, maybe?) It woke us up a few times.

Mi è piaciuto Nothing pitch up should go and look at all the campsites on their website as some of them are an absolute disgrace. We had to give it one star as we couldn’t progress. I would actually give it no stars.

Non mi è piaciuto There was no chemical toilet. There was no hose available at the chemical toilet. There was no refuse available on site. There was no grey water available on site. The bar was open but only for about an hour and a half in the evening an hour in the morning. The site was filthy. The music played until 5 o’clock in the morning we had to close the windows in 25 degree heat and nobody was available to stop it.

si no hay baño químico y luego dices que no hay manguera en el baño químico tenemos o no tenemos pues te diré
que si tenemos y también tenemos una manguera de ducha para limpiarlos en el mismo sitio .
la basura se encuentra en los contenedores y también tienes en los fregaderos donde todo el mundo lo echa al menos que tu no sepas lo que es para tal uso .el bar si es verdad que se abre de 9 -10 por la mañana para el pan o los desayunos, por semana de 12 A 3 para comidas y de 7 a 9 para las cenas todos los días el resto del día esta abierto para recepción de 3 tarde a 9 noche si en el momento no nos encontramos en el bar hay un timbre para las necesidades
siempre se a atendido a toda la gente .el lugar estaba sucio depende la exquisitez de cada uno estamos el el bosque en consecuencias hay ramas y hojas contantemente por el suelo la musica que esta fuera de nuestro camping nosotros no la podemos parar ni las fiestas de los pueblos eso es imposible.no espero que mi respuesta sea de tu agrado pero no se puede ir destruyendo negocios con comentarios sin sentido y no esperar represalias a qui termino sim despedirme

Non mi è piaciuto Entire site was dirty, untidy with old furnishings spread around, toilet block was dirty and it was much too expensive at €34.00 per night. Will not return.

Mi è piaciuto Lots of trees, so plenty of shade. Toilets were a little tired but clean. Staff were very helpful on arrival.

Non mi è piaciuto Most of the pitches are not flat, so you'll need ramps. During are stay some local workers used the campsite, bringing large families and 4 greyhounds. This party was very noisy and the dogs barked and wined all day and night. This spoilt what would normally be a very quiet campsite.
