Gorgeous area, pitch was nicely surrounded by some trees, nice and quiet

The guy who seemed to be in charge came across as a bit stand offish, seemed annoyed when I asked for help. Another thing was the toilets are quite far away with no directions and a few times they were in really bad condition, but this is common with campsites. Finally, and this might be my issue, but when I paid for the electrical point I assumed it meant for domestic plugs but instead it was a hook up for caravans, so had to go buy a very expensive one from Halfords - would be nice if they sold/rented them out or at least made it clearer in the description…

We absolutely love staying at The Loft and it is now an annual trip in early August.
The site is friendly and quiet. The toilets and showers are well maintained and clean. Great water pressure in the shower!
The pitches are generous in size so lots of room to spread out and not feel too close to other campers.
The site makes for easy access to Findhorn and Roseisle beaches and we always love to visit Forres.
This is the first time we have taken our dog Max. He says a big positive woof for the dog walks around the site. A perfect 40 minute walk around the perimeter and through fields for a morning constitutional - brilliant well maintained green paths.
Excellent value for money.

What a beautiful site. Well laid out, fantastically equipped and clean communal facilities and the pods themselves were so cosy. Great to be dog friendly too.

Power outlet was split 3 ways with only a 10 amp breaker causing the power to frequently trip, even with minimal usage in our tent ( we had 3 chargers, couldn't use our fan heater if the other tents were using any appliances).
Not much lighting on site.

Lovely area to pitch the tent surrounded by lovely rowan tree's and watching the sunrise in the morning .
Good walking paths in the farm land that you can either go for short or longer walks .
Very reasonably priced with toilet and shower facilities close to the pitches having lovely hot showers free within the price that totally helps !

Love the Rowan trees,perhaps could do with cutting some branches or trees to get the sunlight in the tent campsites for the afternoon and evening sun !

Hosts very Accommodating and helpful. Good site facilities and great location for visiting local attractions or going further afield. Great value for money.

Nice pitches, allowing privacy between trees. Little on the small side for our tent do felt cramped (6 XL)

Not the campsites fault however network rail were doing work across from the campsite ALL night from Friday morning to Sunday. We were kept awake by diggers drills, chainsaws and heavy machinery. The staff never once came to earn us or explain what was going on. If we had been told we wouldn't have stayed the tree nights as it was really awful and scary for the kids. Due to the lack of acknowledgement from the site who apparently pride themselves on their quite policy, we wouldn't stay again.
