Office was filthy, bad start, no plot's just a parking field but not cut, was told to park our 30 foot camper on rubble, Toilets were dirty, cold and not at all private, paid for 3 days but couldn't bare it, booked somewhere else local and moved within 15 minutes of arrival.
We had travelled from Cornwall, through Wales, Blackpool, Skegness and all camping parks were lovely, but on arrival here, awful, needs a good clean, and lots of maintenance, I texted the owner saying that the facilities were not good, his reply was, sorry its not up to your standards, have a nice Xmas.
If you stay here, it's your choice.

Nigel the host was super helpful and showed us around the site.
Toilet facilities were being upgraded (it was out of season) but still functional. Showers were clean and warm.

Nem kedvelték: This campsite is vastly over priced for what it is. £40 per night for an electric pitch is not comparable to other campsites nearby all with much better facilities and also near the sea too. This site feels tired and unloved, the showers weren’t that clean, there were plastic sacks of dying plants dotted around and it didn’t feel all that welcoming. I also booked an extra night by accident and the owners wouldn’t reimburse me for that despite me booking an extra night at the beginning of my stay so I could arrive a day early. I won’t be staying here again. It’s sad that the owners don’t seem to be taking these negative reviews on board and instead seem to be defensive and justifying that because it’s near to the beach that that is all that matters. There is more to running a campsite than that and customers need to feel listened to. I also cannot for the life of me understand why they charge so much and for every little thing. You also can’t arrive before 5pm despite check out being at 11. Why when there’s not much prep to be done for change overs? All in all a very disappointing experience.

We have a back-to-the-wild campsite for campers who prefer to camp away from the manicures holiday parks. At this time of year, we do allow our native plants and grass to grow a little and refrain from too much pruning to help out the local wildlife. We very much appreciate our guest's opinions and we strive to make the changes our guests want, sometimes we miss the mark and we are sorry on this occasion our cancellation policy was not to your liking, it is available for all guests to view on our website.

We are a back to basic campsite, and with the season now coming to a close we are letting out grass grow out for the local wildlife. We price ourselves on cleanliness and we are sorry for your experience, we hope that the issue was reported right away for our housekeeping team to amend. - Option for a late checkout. Although this incurs an additional charge, it is useful that you can leave your vehicle onsite and walk down to Hunstanton rather than trying to pay for parking in a suitable spot in town.Nem kedvelték: - It's a pretty grim-looking site, with rubbish and detritus everywhere.
- Facilities were not very clean, with toilet paper on the floor and generally pretty grim. Showers are pretty much in a barn, but at least it seemed clean.
- Outside washing up facilities, taps didn't work on two of the three, and there were insects everywhere. It's not overly great when doing your dishes.
- Price: I could have forgiven some of the above if the site had been cheap. But for one night, and the additional costs it was nearly twice the price of the previous nights camping at a vastly superior site. Either drop the prices or at least tidy up the site.

We are ideally located for exploring the Norfolk Coast and beyond and have great transportation links close by. The seaside town of Hunstanton, the Royal Sandringham Estate and BBCs Wild Ken Hill are all easy to get to from Hunstanton Camping & Glamping. We are sorry to here that you found our nature-friendly campsite to be untidy, we do not promote manicured lawns that do not give back tot eh eco system. We hope that any cleanliness issues were reported to housekeeping as they would have been dealt with swiftly of course :)

Enjoyed cooking on the fire pit. There was even a setting like hammock overlooking a neighbouring field. So relaxing. The shepherd’s huts were set apart from the main camping site so even though that was busy it did not affects me. The showers and toilets were clean and tidy with lots of hot water. The glamping residents also had access to a small kitchen with a microwave, toaster and a fridge with a small freezer section. I chose the camp site due to its very close location to south Heacham beach which I love. The most relaxing holiday I’ve had in a long time.

Our campsite is back to basics and ideally located by the beach. Due to adverse weather, we suggested you park on the gravel road rather than your grass pitch, as we did not want you to get stuck! We have both female and male facilities, with locking doors that are of course very private.
We are sorry that on this occasion you chose not to stay with us, we had some very happy campers over the festive period that enjoyed being so close to the beach :)
