Excellent location close to Catbelks and Keswick, besjtiful, praceful site adjacent to a brook and country lanes/ furlds. A grest pub just 5 minutes walk away and duper friendly and helpful owners Sean and Ruby. Nothing was too much trouble

Only 1 sink for washing up so had to queue
Toilets not very tidy- paper n loo roll everywhere- campers werent tidy. Oweners tried to keep on yop of it, but toilets need checking a bit more often as were often untidy/ messy

Love the place very much. Will give 10 out of 10. Place between the mountain and next to river. Friendly and very helpful staff. Clean toilet and shower room. Peaceful place and suitable for all aged people.Love to go there more and more.

Good location, lots of room too set up, friendly and helpful staff.

Facilities were ok, but not the best. Rules around noise and disturbing other campers weren't followed/enforced that strictly.

Location was fantastic, beautiful views!

We walked to Derwentwater each day and also climbed Catbells with a 7 and 9 year old.

Choose your own pitches, most people left adequate spacing, with plenty of water points around the campsite. Easy to pitch, ground level.

On our second night there were a lot of groups, playing music until at least 2am, not very family friendly.

Friendly staff, space, basic toilets, showers better than you would expect. Stunning views and great location!

Bit muddy but it's a big field - embrace it!

This campsite is amazing! The staff are so welcoming and friendly, the views are phenomenal, there’s a beautiful stream alongside the campsite. It’s a field full of level pitches so loads of spaces to choose from.

The toilets were a little stinky but what do you expect on a campsite 🤷‍♀️.

Glad I chose this sight. Flat, good quality field. Really appreciated the hot showers , and a sink to wash up! The toilets/sinks rather basic but kept clean. Warm welcome. Room for development in years to come. Lovely setting. Good value for money.

Location close to Keswick and central to the lakes. Quiet. Safe. Friendly owners. Able to have camp fires and barbeques. etc.

Shower and toilet facilities could be upgraded but were adequate for the size of the cam.
