We stayed here for 4nights, the site is great. The toilets are clean and the shower (powerful shower not like the rubbish ones you sometimes get on sites). The pub is such a great atmosphere, the staff are all so friendly and make you feel welcome. We played sticky bongo and I know they have singers on some nights too. We had Sunday dinner and it was lovely, great portions too! The pub is dog friendly which was great for us, he was spoilt with lots of treats and meat on Sunday! There's some nice trails to walk, on the door step, we had a walk down the river and to the sunflower field up the road every morning. The minute we arrived staff were about and welcomed us (they even made us a cuppa while we set up!). The staff couldn't do enough for us. Some pitches have 'pub benches' too which is a bonus. We will be returning in the future.

WiFi was hit and miss if it came up, we couldn't connect to it but it didn't matter for us as we had 4G signal on site so never mentioned it.

The site was great.

Cleanliness of the pod was good.

All staff / receptionist / ground staff were very friendly and chatty & informative.

Nothing major to dislike.
Would have to be picky to fault the overall 100% positive experience.

Used this site as a one night stopover in our Motorhome. Site was immaculate and staff were friendly. Rural peaceful location and we enjoyed a quiet afternoon and evening sitting out enjoying the lovely weather and slept very well at night. Toilets were clean and showers were hot.
Dog walks around the area.

Pub closed when we visited and we would have liked to have a meal in the evening.

Second visit and definitely won't be last ,staff so friendly and helpful

Loved the location of the place. The dog walks around the site were lovely and our dog loved it. The pod was cosy with plenty of plug points. Bed in pod was comfortable. The wild life was really good, squirrels playing on a morning. The birds were amazing.

We specifically wanted adult only camp site. This was not the case. There was a family of 4 in the pod behind us and ball games and singing and dancing. Drinking was also seen in the day room. No consideration for other people who are staying in the park.

Location, very quiet site with just 3 pods equipped with electricity and beds.
Great toilet and shower facilities.
Pub on site!
Friendly, helpful staff.
Use of day room with fuzzball and snooker.
Beautiful walks nearby.
Brilliant value for money.

Our only request would be to replace the double bed mattress! But otherwise we loved it!
Wifi a bit intermittent, but we didn't mind at all.

Lovely site with everything you need close at hand. Great pub with very friendly owners and fantastic food. We would come more regularly if we could.

Quiet, pitches tucked away at bottom of site.

Serviced pitches good.

Watching the red kites is an absolute delight.

Facilities ok but not the best, all time we were there there was a pool of water in the centre of the floor. Shower small, good job I'm slim.

Disabled facilities a fair way from the pitches (behind reception) and didn't look as though they were kept as clean as the main block.

If you arrive or depart on a weekend afternoon almost impossible to navigate the car park for the on site bar which you have to pass through to get to the pitches.

Site was spotless clean quite fully serviced, easy access to wetherby Harrogate etc cracking site. The Red Kites flying over tbe camp were fantastic. The Stables bar and Restaurant is absolutely brilliant. Staff and customers warm and friends food fantastic.

The quiet location, and level pitches, well maintained site, clean shower / toilet block, ideal location for travelling to local area too.
Pub was around a 1 min walk from pitches, on site, looked really nice but we did not visit because we went on Monday to Thursday and it’s closed Monday and Tuesday, only drinks on Wednesday, but the menu did look nice lol, we will plan a little Better next visit, local walk next to river too, idea if you have a dog, oh pub dog friendly too

Men’s toilets only had one loo and one shower, facilities shared with 6 touring pitches and 6 pods, that said did not really cause an issue for us.
