Although we didn’t have a dog with us, the site seemed very dog friendly.
Indoor swimming as very good - warm water and clean.

Entertainment area was hard to get a seat most nights so if you want to play bingo or watch entertainment - get there early!

Only getting 50 minutes in pool. Understand it’s busy but should be available any time as it’s an expensive site and you are paying for this usage

We appreciate your comments regarding the ants (which unfortunately cant be helped), the hilly terrain, the beach area, accessibility of the site, and the beach area. Additionally, we’ll consider increasing the frequency of shower cleanings to maintain high standards throughout the day.
Regarding the pool slots, one can be booked for each party at 9.30am each morning as the slots go live on the system, then after 10.00am it is possible to book further slots for the day.
Regarding the Wi-Fi, it is free in the main clubhouse, but if you require wi-fi in your accommodation yes it is a chargeable service from an external company.

Food in the restaurant was good and beer was reasonably priced. Evening entertainment was always ok. Dog walking areas very spacious and loads of bins for waste. Cleaning staff worked tirelessly to make sure the bins were empty and the facilities were clean. Showers were good enough for a wash with decent temperature control. Everybody was friendly and there was a positive vibe about the place. Would certainly go back.
