We have been there several times not.The site is great the toilet block is superb ,clean.Plenty of hot water.Loads of room as they are full wet rooms .The staff as always were very helpfull.He booked for an trip in Oct with Friends

Lovely area.The ski bar next door is well worth a visit. 5 stars as always

Excellent site with a variety of pitches, very clean facilities and separate shower block with wet room style washrooms. Coffee shop and amazing ice cream on site. Accommodating and friendly staff, rang me the morning of arrival to warn me of wet weather and said I’d be welcome to pitch early to avoid the rain in the afternoon. No WiFi but phone signal seemed fine.

Not the fault of the site. I picked the site for its easy access to the beach, but the beach has a lot to be desired. Very slimy and boggy at low tide, and dirty/foamy at high tide. Ended up driving +45mins to other beaches in the area instead. Not much in the way of amenities in the local village either.

On arrival despite the weather we were greeted at reception by a lovely lady who explained where we were pitched.All the staff were friendly and very helpful.One member of staff said she would take my husband on the buggy to the shops if we needed to as the rain was very heavy.Jason the owner was lovely and very friendly and helpful.The holiday was peaceful and we will definitely be returning.Highly recommend Harbour Lights

Harbour Lights has it where it counts. Friendly welcome, nice variety of pitches and excellent wet room style showers. The ice cream and coffee shack on site is top quality, really is. We had some, shall we say, inclement weather over night, and the site manager took the time the next morning to speak to all the guests, just to check on everyone's welfare. Nice.
The surrounding area is enigmatic and really quite beautiful. How low key and relatively untouristed it is suited us down to the ground.

It was highly inconsiderate of the site management not to arrange perfect sunshine consistently.

The staff were very helpful from the minute we arrived to the time we left. The campsite was very clean and tidy. The pitches were a good space away from each other and there was still plenty of room for kids to play football etc etc.
We stayed in a pod which was also a good size and it came with a double bed and underfloor heating which was a God's send to drying damp towels after a shower.
The shower blocks were spotlessly clean and tidy and very warm. Sometimes a little to warm after you've just got out the shower, but hey ho better than being cold!! The washing up facilities were nice and open and also clean. There's also somewhere to do laundry 👍🏻 there is a bar that's in walking distance called the Ski bar. Lovely staff in there too.
The beach/estry is literally a two minute walk from the site which is well worth a walk about.
The lakes are roughly about 50-60 mins away so your not far from a good day out.
All in all I'd highly recommend this site.
Can't wait to go back next year, hopefully as a bigger group. 🤗

The 4g signal was a bit hit and miss but that's not the sites fault. There's no WiFi.

Beautiful setting, nice flat pitch, excellent facilities, friendly staff. Staff helpful and willing to assist if any problems arise. Close to the beach and water activities. Good access to places to eat.

Easy check in, when we arrived. We got chance to pick our pitch (grass, non-electric) and had a great 3 nights on this lovely little coastal gem. The standout feature for me would be the clean and warm family bathrooms which offer a nice creature comfort after being outside and getting sand in your toes.
Would recommend it to anyone who likes laidback camping!
