Our second time at this campsite and love it there. Plenty of areas to pitch the tent, the cabin is great with seating under cover, including benches, two sofas and dining tables. Also two fridges, a kettle, toaster and microwave. Everything kept spotlessly clean. Dave and Ingrid who run it are a lovely couple and very welcoming. Setting is great for bikers and walkers including dogs.

I recently had a fantastic weekend at Colemere Caravan Park, staying in a tent on an electric pitch. The park's serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made for a perfect getaway. The pitch was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with power, which made our experience very comfortable.

The facilities, including clean showers and toilets, were conveniently located and well-maintained. I loved being able to enjoy the stunning views of the lake, and the peaceful environment was ideal for relaxation.

The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Colemere Caravan Park is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a tranquil camping experience.

The location is great.
The owners, Dave and Ingrid were very friendly and helpful, our brand new electric hook up didn’t work and Dave quickly offered us an extension.
The facilities were pristine.
The pitches were spacious and varied. We felt very private and safe with our 2 nosey dogs!
Fabulous walks from the site as well as a selection of pubs!

Struggle to understand why we paid £3 a night for each of our dogs.

Beautiful natural surroundings. Given a map with surrounding features and walks with timings. Lounge/ kitchen for general use. Free WiFi available in this building. All the usual facilities

Narrow roads to get there, so pick your route carefully some satnavs are stupid.

Everything! This is an absolute gem of a site, we were able to choose our own camping spot within two spacious fields. The communal area was an added bonus, complete with fully equipped kitchen area, as well as abundant comfy seating for relaxing and socialising. The owners are really friendly and helpful, and do their utmost to maintain the site. Great location for accessing footpaths/canal paths to explore the local area. We will definitely return.

Great site, good location, very nice feel to the site and the nicest indoor social area seating/dinning area.
Very clean loos & showers, ,2male,2 female and one other for male or female but we never had to wait.
Nice walks nearby.

Pitches aren’t allocated which is fine once pitched and sorted but can be a bit unsettling when you are trying to decide where to pitch,
