Location was good.. swimming pool was also good..

Showers were only ok..they did not stay on at all.

That dogs were allowed on decking at pool area.
Shower and toilet blocks were very big and regularly attended.
Chemical waste and water and wash room easily accessible and large.
Evening entertainment good.

Lack of detail on the booking confirmation of which Village to go to check in as a tourer. We pulled in the village with the static caravans and swimming pool at first as was not clear on paper work or sighs that we have to go to Yare Village (I think it was called) for touring caravans. It was difficult to manover the caravan out of the incorrect. It would be very helpful if it was clearer on the paperwork and the signage was clearer at the first village. We spoke to several touring caravan people and they did exactly the same and had the same issue.

Plenty of things to do for kids.

Can be a bit noisy in the evenings on the camping areas but youve got to expect that. Paid for food in the restaurant and never received our food (still waiting to get my money back after nearly a week).

It's great that there are different activities to keep the kids busy, like outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, playground.

The tent pitches were overcrowded and offered no shade when it was hot. There was a stone road next to our pitch, and when cars drove by, a lot of dust came our way. It was hard to take a shower because you have to hold the button the entire time for water to run. No near shop. We paid £102 for two nights, I think it's overpriced for what you get.

The good thing is that you have options to do different activities and keep the kids busy.

Tent pitches were overcrowded and positioned too close to each other. We got a spot right in the middle with no trees around, making it hot with no shade to hide in. Additionally, there were lots of wasps around our area, especially near the shower/toilet area. They lived in the ground, so you wouldn’t want your children running around barefoot (I understand it's not the staff's fault).

The toilets and showers were quite clean. The only downside is that you have to constantly hold the button for water to run—once you stop holding it, the water stops immediately, unlike in other places where it runs for a few seconds after you release the button.

However, we still had a good time and enjoyed our stay despite these inconveniences.

Small and very friendly park. Love the outdoor swimming pool, well attended, staff were really engaged with the children, and seemed to enjoy their job. It was refreshing, and we felt very welcome.

Very busy but we were there over weekend at high season.

There was nothing to like to be honest. There was a nice walk near castle ruins, and I guess that is all. They had playground, it was ok.

Recently I stayed in few places, including another one of the parkdean resorts in isle of wight, which was very nice to stay. Unfortunately when I arrive to this place, I realised I made a mistake, but it's been paid for, so I had to stay. The park was run down to put it gently, tent pitches were so close together and literally adjacent to the toilets. Entertainment was pathetic. The people singing was very bad. Also park was full of chavs who would make noise and watch TV so laud till past midnight that sleeping was out of question. Considering, I paid over 90 pounds for two nights! This was beyond disappointing. Never again.

Shower block needs updating. Lots of showers only worked if you pushed the button continuously which made washing difficult and washing hair impossible!!

Nice size pitches. Helpful and polite staff on arrival. Outdoor pool is lovely

Very noisy, seems to be no rules regarding quiet time. Tent’s playing loud music till 1am and smoking drugs, security informed but nothing seemed to be done about it.
