Great site.. great staff.. can't do enough to help.. toilets.. showers laundry. Dishwashing are superbly clean.. all services at hand.. it's a 10 minute walk to B&M and Aldi 15 min walk to High St.. nice wee bar at reception and very reasonable prices.. A big thank you to Steve who gave me a jump start without hesitation.. defo be back in spring.. surrounding view beautiful too..

Only complaint would be our pitch got flooded. Therefore our awning was soaking with water coming through.

Location on the edge of Crieff by the river. We didn’t try the hot tub as it was -10 degrees. Clean facilities and friendly staff with a nice reception/bar area.

Me and my husband stayed in one of the glamping pods for my 60th birthday. We were amazed at the contents and the view. It was exceptionally clean. The hot tub was an added bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to get booked again.

Great setting on the river, easy to find, and Crieff is a lovely town

We booked a superior camping pod, with a hot tub, however, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing stay which we cut short by 1 day. The issues we experienced were:

- When we arrived, the heating had not been on at all in the pod with a reading of 13 degrees. I would have expected it to have been turned up to at least a slightly higher temperature given the time of year, being around 0 outside. We checked in around 6pm and it took several hours for the pod to reach a comfortable temperature
- We observed dust and dirt on the floor which we cleaned - would not have expected to do this upon arrival
- The bathroom had not been properly cleaned - there were other people's hair located around the floor / shower area, and generally not of a clean standard - the pod clearly hadn't been cleaned for at least one occupancy
- There were empty crisp packets behind the furniture - lack of attention to detail
- There are several maintenance issues that exist such as: black mould on curtains, dirty coverings around the door, loose door handle on bathroom, dining chairs fixings to be tightened. It seems that either basic maintenance issues are not reported, or there is a reluctance to replace certain goods. Wear and tear is understandable but some of these items have gone beyond this point
- We can't comment on the hot tub as we did not use, however we were not filled with confidence on the cleanliness

When checking out, I had commented that we were not comfortable to stay any longer and essentially that the pod is grubby and needs attention.

I was informed that the Head of Housekeeping would be notified, and that a manager would contact me. I am still waiting for this contact almost a week after staying here.

Had a fantastic stay - location on the waterfront was great. All essentials supplied. Cabin was warm and cosy. Hot tub was a great addition. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Shop on site for essentials and a co-op a 3 minute drive away.

Due to being wood fired it was quite hard to manage the temperature. Behind sofa in the cabin needs swept out. Could have done with extra pillows on the bed.

Nice site and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The log burning hot hub was good and even with the low temperatures it kept its heat. Will definitely come back next year
