Very spacious pitches. Nice quiet campsite. Great location for going to Norwich (5b bus goes from pretty much end of the campsite drive), investigating the Broads or going to the coast.

Toilet block is very new but really ideal for campers. Basins are very small with no plugs so getting a wert shave is virtually impossible. No designated wash basins to clean teeth, etc.

Good location, friendly and quiet.
Great showers and facilities, very clean and well kept.

Mobile signal was in and out so Wi-Fi would have been great.

Lovely site, spacious pitches, Norwich city centre only 15 mins away but site felt like it was deep in to the country.
Wroxham and Horning also nearby and Salhouse village was pleasant including the Stag pub which has been refurbished.
Showers and toilets were really good, modern and very clean.
Owner was easy going and friendly allowing us a couple of extra hours to get away on last day as it had rained heavily over night
Would defo stay again.

Lack of footpath walking to the pub which is a fair walk from the site but didn’t tarnish our stay.

Lovely peaceful small site with good size level pitches. Although there are only two showers and three toilets they are spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water. The site is in a good location for visiting many places in the area with a bus stop close by. Would definitely recommend.

Great sized pitches and well sheltered from the wind by surrounding trees. Facilities modern and incredibly clean. Well located for visiting the broads but also close to Norwich centre. They are in the process of opening farmers market with bar/restaurant which will be a lovely addition!

We had tickets for the Norfolk Motorhome and Caravan Club and was looking for a site for a few nights after the show and found Black Barn Farm.
You can't miss it - it is indeed a huge black barn! The pitches are behind and to the side of the barn. Really large grass pitches, with electric. Pitches were separated by small shrubs and wild flowers. The toilets and showers are Unisex and we were a bit worried by the appearance of the heavy metal door in the side of the barn, but they were immaculate - they must be cleaned everytime they get used! Lovely and modern as well. Two large washing up sinks, outside undercover, with lights on timers/pir.
The site it self is beautiful, the large trees are lit up at night and it is very quite. Beautiful orchard to walk around, a very laid-back site. Met the friendly owner one evening and he has great plans for the barn, butcher, cafe etc which would be wonderful for campers to make use of as well. We will stay again - a great little find.

Quiet site with clean and efficient toilet/shower block. Interesting surroundings with nursery plants/flowers being cultivated. Easy access by good roads to Norwich and beyond to Broads and N Norfolk Coast. No staff contact during our stay.
