Absolutely wonderful campsite so friendly and clean stayed an extra night x

Beautiful place, staff lovely and very helpful, brand new to camping and our first camping trip to Black Barn Farm has only made us want more, we could have happily stayed here all summer, 10/10 will definitely return and will recommend to everyone, thank you for a lovely experience.

Nothing to dislike.

It was peaceful and well kept. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and having other businesses on site too was perfect. We will visit again.

Small site with good facilities, nice big pitches almost felt like no one else was there.
Friendly and helpful owner, nothing too much trouble.

Poor phone signal and no WiFi

Quiet and good location . 5minutes walk to bus stop for 20minute ride into Norwich .
Lovely farmers shop on site as well as great restaurant on site . Recommend from us .

Shops and farm shop in barn lovely!

We booked for 5 nights me and my partner and our n Thursday/Friday night has 3 friends come and stay as a surprise for my boyfriend. They fit in one small tent on our pitch . Prior to our stay I had emailed black barn farm directly and asked if there was anything extra I needed to do, they responded that there was nothing extra I needed to do and they hoped we enjoyed our time.
When our friends arrived the owner of the site came down to us and asked what we had booked etc. I showed him the email correspondence I had had with his staff member. He said he couldn’t read the emails and charged us an extra £40. I would usually mind paying extra but the principal that I had previously asked and been told by his establishment that we didn’t need to do anything, we weren’t happy. It’s a shame because it tainted the whole place for us, We would have liked to return.
The cafe on site was fab but unfortunately also our service was slow and 2/5 people on our table had finished their huge breakfasts before the other 3 people’s had arrived. There was also items missing, this was corrected promptly however. I feel like these are only teething problems and will be smoothed out in time

Immaculate facilities and lovely food at the cafe. Also the pitches were large and well maintained.

Stayed here for a week with my wife, huge flat grass pitches, water pipe on every pitch, EHU, really clean modern facilities, showers super powerful and plentiful hot water. Owner always around and super friendly and approachable. So many upgrades being made to enhance the camping experience. They have just recently opened a cafe in the Barn which we used every day for breakfast, reasonable prices, friendly staff and huge portions with free WiFi. Also have a well stocked deli and farm shop open 9am - 3pm. Real mixture of tents and motor homes all intermingled across the pitches. We can't wait to return again next year with friends.
