The views and location near to Whitby centre

Not a lot to dislike
Only issue is your kind of left to it on arrival with no direction given on where facilities are

Lovely views, very large site with plenty of space. Nice and flat. Great location with Whitby Brewery next door serving beers and pizzas.

The Toilets need a real shake up. They were very dirty and most of the time had no loo roll, they need to be checked more regular in busy periods.
Other than the toilets we had a great stay!

Quiet site with excellent views of the Abby and over the sea.

No showers, one toilet block was almost unfit for purpose but the other one was okay.

The views were stunning and our location on site allowed us to be far enough away from the noisy groups. The location of the site also meant we were close to Whitby, the Abby and the brewery

The site was packed, and there were insufficient toilet facilities for this many people! The toilets were disgusting, a lack of toilet roll was the least of our worries!
People did not respect the noise levels and times and there was no one on site enforcing it!
More money needs to be spent on adding more toilets to site and keeping them clean and useable!

We have camped her a number of times and always love it! the setting is stunning for the price you pay, whitby abbey in one view, the sea in another and miles of countreyside for the rest!

it is a no thrills campsite, what it says on the tin, there is toilets and no showers but they state this so dont be surprised when you get there just have baby wipes with you.

we love the coastal walk, we get the bus to Robin Hoods bay and walk back via the coastal route, takes about 2 hours and its stunning the whole way! at the end you end up right back at the campsite where you can quickly freshen up and head to the brewery right next door!

everything is in touching distance its honestly such a good spot!

the locan takeaways deliver to the campsite which is a bonus so we just had drinks and a take away the first night!

It was the busiest weve seen it this year so the toilets often ran out of loo roll, not a massive issue but just to warn to take babywipes.

First time stopping here. We loved it so close to Whitby Clean site would definitely call back again

Location is excellent - lovely views of the Abbey and short walk into Whitby.
