Spotlessly clean. Lovely big toilet/shower block plus laundry and washing up area. Surrounded by woodland that leads into Sheringham Park. Staff lovely and friendly and a very nice atmosphere in the clubhouse. Had a lovely stay. Couldn't fault it. Going back next month before they close for winter. Lovely play park for children and plenty of walks for dogs.

Superb location easy access and public transport directly outside entrance. All facilities cleaned regularly and always hot water on tap.Bar with limited food menu basically pizza & chips but good friendly staff. Excellent for walkers ,dog owners direct access to Sheringham Park and then a further 45 min walk via coastal path into Sheringham

Woodlands is a large site and pitches can be very close to your neighbours with very little space between rows of pitches when site is full also many on slopes in various directions

Great site as was told to choose where i wanted to to pitch up, We pitched near the toilet block, clean good showers and toilets, good for waste and refills, If you want to discover the site take a walk in to the woodlands it was far the best place to take a stroll in the forest and we ended near the beach, Nice woodlands very safe to leave pitch as no person touches your pitch or home, Fresh drinking water placed in good areas around park to top or fill aqua roll/onboard tanks, Great place to meet other residents and friendly park, everybody says morning or hello. good for pets too. Shop is reasonable not over priced stocked with everyday needs, A1.. Pub on site with food to order with good seating area to relax, No Swimming Pool as being removed for more static homes but the beach is 10 mins away in car (Sheringham) Cromer is 15 mins drive. All residents respect no noise after 10pm.

10 mins drive to beach or 35-mins walk to local beach, No buses outside Park, Pitches can be a little sloped as need Flammer blocks to level homes,
£2.50 for a awning per day should be told this when booking site. No service pitches or hard standing. But you are camping...
