The toilet and shower were very clean and modern, the onsite bar was great bonus and even had bingo on the Saturday night. The Highlight for my children was the park/grass patch in centre of the site, they had hours of fun playing and making friends, I loved that l could watch them play from our pitch. The site has a small shop selling essential and even has a coffee to go machine.

We are disappointed to read some of the scores within the review as these are the lowest scores we have received for a very long time. We are particularly disappointed with the 'Child Friendliness' scoring considering you had no Children with you during your stay.
In regards to the wifi, it is extremely difficult to continuously receive a strong signal and good speed when parked up in a 'field' (especially when competing against the wind and rain). We have signal boosters around the park and if you would have made us aware of the issue we could have increased the speed and strength in your part of the park. We apologise for the inconvenience and we will look to improve this asap.
Please note all three Caravan Parks in this part of New Quay use the exit you mention. There have been no issues to date and all rubbish lorries, deliveries lorries, tractors etc use this route with no problem. However, if you do wish to stay with us again and are concerned regarding the exit route please come and see us and we will point out alternative routes for you
