N'a pas aimé : Fresh dog poo in pitch on arrival which we had to clean up ourselves as noone was at reception after 6pm. Mens toilet and shower block was disgusting with grass and mud all over the floor and walls making it hard to believe they were cleaned that day. No temperature control on showers. Not enough showers for the amount of guests on site. For this reason i believe its slightly overpirced. Worst mosquitos than any place we have ever stayed! Get ready to be eaten alive!

The site has a beautiful lake which you can walk along the side off and across the bridge to like a small centre where they do serve coffee n tea.
The site has a lovely toilet/shower block and place to wash up and dispose of any rubbish.
It also has a small reception area with a small tuck shop for those needs ( they even stock Paracetamol thank you btw)
The coffee machine outside i actually didn't try as brought my own machine with me. But the icecream vending one was cute. I must insist you take coins for it as card payment can play up ( this happened to me twice)If you are visiting i suggest a short car trip to Harlech beach you will not be disappointed 😊
We are booking to come back to stay over this time.
N'a pas aimé : Only thing I struggled with was the gate opening to the walk way of the lake. It was very stiff and made a huge noise which could of disturbed those inside the huts ext that was my only worry.
On the whole a fabulous relaxing couple of days on a lovely site😀

Sorry to hear about dog poo on your pitch.. reception is open until 9pm on a Friday so I'm not sure why you didn't come back to speak to us, we would've happily cleaned it up for you. The toilets and showers are cleaned daily and checked regularly, again if you felt they were unclean when you used them and had come to tell us we would've been straight there to sort out the issue.
We pride ourselves on top customer service and always being there to help when needed so always hope if any issues arise that we are told in the moment so we can resolve the issue.
