Close to Barcelona and safe place to leave camper

Reception took over a hour to check up in . Cleaning could be better . No enough staff . Not good Supermarket not open

The location is great if you want to visit Barcelona, the staff is kind and helpful, and the parking lot is quite big.

The negative points were: the lack of internet connection, really terrible! The lack of communication (they take 5 days to answer the email, nobody answers the phone and there is no WhatsApp or other means of communication). The noise of the airplanes... I thought people were exaggerating, but they weren't! It is annoying! Another point is the way to the cleaning station, the path is damaged because of the roots of the trees and you have to go slowly. My husband also got hurt hitting the leg on an old beach umbrella that was abandoned on the floor near the restaurant - watch out for your kids!

The proximity to beach and bus links into Barcelona. The shop was well stocked and bar and restaurant open in November

Some tight pitches, we had a pitch under a few trees which meant the van was covered in bird droppings and had to be cleaned before we left.

Personalen var väldigt ointresserad att vara trevliga och ge bra service.
Vi spenderade mycket pengar på Tres Estrellas men ändå fick vi till en början ett fruktansvärt dåligt boende i ett kallt plast tält med tältsängar, bokat via Agoda. När jag klagade så kunde de uppgraderat mig gratis, men jag fick betala ytterligare tusentals kronor. Så nej, ingen bra service med omtanke på sina gäster.

Very close to the airport with constant low flying aircraft
