Had an amazing long weekend away here with friends. All staff were welcoming and polite. Toilets were kept really clean throughout the day

The staff are lovely, clean showers and toilets, good views and walks in the area

Some of the higher up pitches are on a slope, wouldn't be an issue going back as would take bigger ramps, so as long as you have think level ramps, you'll be fine, but most the pitches are level enough. The view from the higher up pitches makes up for it though

The views from Shepherds hut was amazing,the toilets and showers where good ,always being cleaned Had an 11 pm curfew on noise ,which was good .The road leading to the campsite was very narrow for 2 cars to get through .The town of Dollegau was ,30 minutes walk away ,gorgeous Sunday roast at the Royal Ship pub, would recommend .Bala was 30 mins drive away ,a lovely place to visit .Would recommend food at the White Lion pub .

Really gorgeous campsite, tucked away from the road and overlooked by sweet horses. Showers were strong and hot and placed in a block with lots of ammenities. Also has a £1 power wash bike wash + bike storage which was super handy.

It was great that you could hire a fire pit but you have to buy any wood on site this is not initially included in the price. When I pre-booked I hoped I’d have everything needed.

First time away with my partner ,so a bit of an experiment .
They enjoyed it , that's a bonus.
Site quite and friendly.
Staff were helpful and easy going .
Facilities were basic but good .

With hindsight we needed to inform site that partner was disabled , put at the very top of site and for my partner this was an issue.
Pitch was not as flat as we would have like kept rolling on them in the night lol

My family stayed at torrent walk campsite from the 7th to the 12th August, as a large family party with 4 small children (3 under 4) we where amazed at the size of the double pitch, it was fab, the kids had so much freedom and space to run around as the pitch was huge!
Highly recommend torrent walk, great site, clean showers and clean toilets. Extremely safe place , the firepit we hired was brilliant and we will definitely be back.
