Toilet & shower access was very handy, able to purchase a fire pit that was fairly priced, the self check in system just make pitching up a lot quicker/easier.

Great Facilities, nice and close to Torrent Walk (as you would expect) Brilliant safe space for kids to play. There were also horses nearby.

This is more a location warning for people.

Though only walking distance from Dolgellau, unless you are driving, there aren't great links to get there. We were in a campervan with awning attached and hoped to be leave it parked and walk into town. Sadly there are a lack of paths into town, and instead there is a busy A road to contend with, and a country lane. We managed, but it is something to take into consideration.

Lovely site, great showers clean and tidy but the storm broke my tent, was meant to stay for 3 nights but only stayed for one.

Grass was long
Pitch had little space to park car.
Pitch was on a hill which made it difficult to get car parked next to the tent. Luckily the lower pitch was vacant so I parked there.
Very close together pitches.

The location, the friendliness of the staff and the excellent clean facilities. The pitch was pretty level too. Loved the Torrent walk being just down the road - lovely and cool on a hot day. Enjoyed
Seeing the horses too.

Not being able to have a safe cycle or walk into Dolgellau. I realise this is not a responsibility of the campsite. It was just a regret that we couldn’t get there without taking vehicle or walking on a busy road.

Site was clean spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a relaxed peaceful environment. It was central to everything we planned to do. Definitely somewhere I want to stay again

One dog owner who allowed their dog to Pooh right outside our tent … reported to the staff and they cleaned it immediately, this is a reflection on a bad dog owner.
