The one grassed pitched area is set on the side of a hill with plenty of space for each pitch. I stayed on the hilled pitch and it was perfect! Amazing views across the site and valley with the sunset. The toilets and showers are spotless and well maintained. They offer a self service pitch up which I think is brilliant, sometimes you just want to arrive and pitch up and this is what I did. The reception is there if you need anything. Overall I would definitely use this campsite again. It's next to the Starbucks as your on your way to Barmouth which is perfect for those cold mornings as you're waiting for the sun to come up. Honestly I couldn't fault this place. Having the horses there to see and listen too is really nice too.

Im sorry to hear you have left our site dissatisfied. Our reception is opened at 9am every morning. Girl that works in the office was there yesterday but forgot to change the sign on the door to ''OPEN''. She was inside the office and the door was opened so you should have just knocked on the door. Also we display 3 different emergency numbers on the reception door in case of any emergencies and you should have tried to call different number. We didn't have any voicemails from you. Cold water issue was only temporary due to us finishing installing new eco friendly water boiler. Water was back hot at 10am. We were also working on improving our main road but that definitely wasn't at 7am. The workers started at 8.30am.
We have quiet hours on site and we would not make any noise early in the morning.
