The road on the site should be made a one way system.not enough toilets when the site is busy and could do with a small shop selling essential stuff milk etc .

We loved everything about this campsite! With a happy greeting from a gorgeous horse as a first impression we entered the site and was able to easily find our pitch and set straight up as we'd already received our email explaining a self check in system.
We can't thank them enough after we popped out to grab some dinner with the intention to bring straight back but unfortunately our car broke down! The taxi company was saying over an hour wait time but we needed to get back to the site for important medication with strict timing. The ladies at the site went above and beyond service and were able to organise a lift for us so we didn't have to walk in the pitch dark along narrow winding roads and my sister to be late taking her meds.
We felt safe at the site and were happy with the facilities
We were gutted to have to leave a day early due to our leaky tent letting in too much water - again the lady at reception was very helpful, offered to loan a cover for the tent but unfortunately it wasn't salvageable. She then kindly disposed of the tent for us.
What could have been a disastrous weekend for us was made so much better by the care and service provided by the site, which again, we can't thank enough! Thankyou Torrent Walk Campsite, we will definitely be back... With a proper tent next time! 😂🖤

Easy check in. Lovely local area with lots to do.

A470 very close and noisy! Very noisy but was a BH weekend. Young chap in a Nissan micro with a broken exhaust driving in and out which was dangerous and noisy - seemed to live or work on site. Area around has been destroyed by horses - a real mess of electric fencing and mud.
