Someone was on it. But the warden soon put us on another pitch
All sorted within 5mins.

Access to the beach albeit down a flight of steps

Location, friendly welcome at check in. Love the coffee van, and chippy!

Up all night as a large group of lads set up next to us. Quiet rule not enforced at all. Other tents/adults up all night with music playing, cars starting, very loud noise. Ruined my stay unfortunately. Had quieter nights at festivals…

Plenty of space available, clean and easily accessible facilities. Very Affordable.
Freezer access for ice blocks.

Price of onsite food was much higher than other local options.
Drains were very strong smelling (sulphur) even though cleaned multiple times daily and presentable at all times.

The size of the pitches were very big and spacious.
The very close proximity to an all year round dog friendly beach was spot on.
Everyone on the Site was very friendly and the staff very helpful.
We most definitely shall be returning.

Could do with a shop on site, but having said that, the village has several shops within a 5minute drive from the Site, so its not big deal.

The most relaxing few days away. Pitched on the seaside field and could pitch where we like, we were one of three on the whole field so it felt like we had it to ourselves! So quiet and right next to the beach. Stairs are steep to beach but nothing to be too worried about, we walked for miles along the coast with our doggies which was lovely. Great amenities, coffee on site just a few meters away and two food huts (not open Sunday-Tuesday while we were there). Showers and toilets as expected, clean, tidy, nothing special but does the job! Close to local shops with everything you need, groceries, B&m, Homebase etc and Lowestoft and other towns just 15 minutes drive away. Great base! Fire pits and bbqs allowed, check out 10am but due to quiet period could leave when we wanted to which was great. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be returning, thanks again :)
