I highly recommend a trip to Roches Campsite, on arrival we met Annmarie on reception she was so lovely and very welcoming. Campsite has all you could need for your stay, chip van, coffee van and wine bar. Whole area kept in great condition, very clean and tidy. I for one will definitely be going back.

Toilets are shared did'nt like this for the children or indeed myself , it didn't feel right , no hot water in the bathroom very difficult to wash properly.
Fridge and freezer to small for the volume of people there not enough Showers when the camp is busy .

The place is so safe for children, the owners are very friendly and everything is onsite. The toilets and showers were immaculate. We will definitely go back again.

Friendly welcome from the hosts, always cheerful. No beach as such, more mud flats but this was great for bird watching. Chip van serving burgers etc, and a little wine bar, music/disco/karaoke on the two nights we were there - it was lively without being too noisy.

We stayed peak season, and there must have been in the region of 100 pitches occupied at the site yet only 4 proper toilets and 4 showers in total for the whole site. All kept spotlessly clean but this is just not enough to service that many guests. There was always a lengthy queue at the toilet. It was not a cheap site and we expected at least adequate facilities for the price paid.

It was a great site. It was bank holiday weekend there were bands playing music on Saturday and Sunday nights. They played till 11pm and were fantastic. They had added to it from the year previous. There were more toilet facilities as in portaloos which were placed all around sites. All toilet facilities were continually cleaned and emptied.

Campers were placed spaciously around the site. They had fantastic food facilities like a chipper onsite, a coffee doc that had crepes and ice creams. For the grown ups a wine bar. All are reasonably priced. Fantastic for all ages and very clean.

Right beside river water goes out and come in throughout the day. We had great fun skimming stone and searching for the tiny crabs. So much to do

Shared electricity when arrived on site. It was not shown on the website at time of booking as booked months in advance. Would have requested a different area if know at time of booking

Irish trad music played till 9 -930. Toilets clean and tidy even though loads of children on site. Views are lovely and when the sun went in it got a lot cooler but still bearable to 10 ish. Pitch more or less where you like, even overlooking the sea! Has beer and wine shacks and the prices are reasonable. There is also a food takeaway which was reasonably priced. All in all a clean tidy campsite with good prices,we will use again no problem.

We loved the whole setup. The scenery was amazing and the owners are such lovely people. Our two kids 6 and 4 had an amazing time playing in the field with other kids and searching for crabs on the shore. We will deffiantly return again next year hopefully.

This site was located in the most picturesque area. They catered for all from tent to camper caravan. Multiple fields all over looking amazing views. The owners were friendly and very helpful. They have all the amenities and they are well maintained. Plus the have a good area communal areas too live music,Top site.
