Overall not a holiday park, have to say the staff obviously under pressure were very good.
We apologise about your experience at our park. We are a 5 star holiday park and all photos of our park and pitch areas are shown across all of our sites. We have tent, motorhome and touring pitches with electric hook-up available and on site facilities, as well as self-catering accommodation, so therefore are a holiday park and not a "parking area". We also do not advertise that you will see deer on the park, Red Deer Village is just our name. Upon arrival when you complained to our staff that you did not like the look of the park, you were offered a full refund if you did not want to stay. You continued to stay anyway, but chose not to stay a second night, for which you were refunded in full.
