Pub nearby and bus stop a few hundred metres away. Our pitch, No. 29, was right next to the toilet dump, bins and the access to the dog walking area. In February, this wasn't really a problem, there was some bin lid banging and lots of footsteps on the gravel early in the morning, plus whiff of toilet each time the lid was lifted, but we were there for only 2 nights and it was OK. In high season it would be constant activity/noise and I would avoid this pitch. Overall the site itself is well kept and in a great location.
