Lovely location with a nice farm shop and pub nearby. Easy bus route into Weymouth. The facilities were very clean and all worked well, the showers were excellent. We enjoyed the fresh milk vending machine too.

Oh my! What a gem of a place we chose for a 4-night quiet, relaxing short break away with our little (old) Maltese terrier.

These guys have really thought long and hard about how to make their site stand out above the rest.

Firstly, a cool ANPR system with bollards that lower into the ground lets you in/out. Lighting all around the park is very useful. The toilets, showers, laundry and washing up room are all kept spotless at all times. Showers have really cool controls, stay on without cutting out, are powerful and lovely and hot…the best we’ve ever seen! There is a chemical waste emptying point on site with everything you need, including hand washing facilities for afterwards! Dog walking area with plenty of grass (ours is too old to run but an energetic dog would find it plenty big enough to run off steam)!

We stayed on pitch 140, a supersized, flat, fully-serviced hard standing pitch at the far end of the site, backing on to a small stream. It was lovely and quiet, great for a good nights sleep!

The ‘Old Mill’ on-site is just great, a 24/7 vending machine area serving anything from milk, milkshakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, snacks and a variety of coffees. Other essential items are also available from reception. The park is maintained really well. The staff are all approachable, friendly and super-responsive when needed. Our motor home encountered a temp power outage (our motor home, not the sites electric). A call to reception had the electrician arrive within just a few minutes.
This was the first site we’ve visited with fantastic WiFi which actually worked from the pitch!

There’s a pub which serves quality food just a few minutes walk from the site and a lovely little farm shop across the road selling local food/drink with a little cafe.

We would highly recommend this site to others and would stay here again if visiting the area.

Weymouth and Portland were a short drive away and made a great day out.

Everything… so organised. From booking, services/amenities to departure. Excellent location for coast and walks. Toilets and showers spotless and warm- even in February rain and winds. Vending machines. Farm Shop/Cafe. Pub.

Location wise perfect for exploring the jurassic coast .

Excellent site with immaculate facilities. Helpful friendly reception staff and surprising variety of food available in the milk shed. Close to a lovely farm shop and pub. The pitches were level and unaffected by the recent flooding.
We stayed while walking 2 sections of the south west coast path. We took the Jurassic Coast bus which passed the entrance.
So good we rebooked to return in a few weeks.

Vending machines serving just about everything from bacon to fresh bottled milk.

Although shower block was lovely and clean it was a bit chilly in there.
We are still in February though.

I cannot express how amazing this place is. If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would. Great facilities, so clean , secure and very attentive and pleasant staff. Great site...!! Definitely be returning soon
