We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us and apologize for any inconvenience. We'd like to take this opportunity to clarify that the information in your reservation clearly states: "Touring caravans or motorhomes or tents, or trailers are allowed per lot," so only one item from the above list is included, and charging for the extra tent is fair. If the online booking process didn't allow for the inclusion of an extra item, the possibility of installing it should have been mentioned during check-in to avoid situations like this during check-out, as internal controls are performed on the installed equipments. Regarding your early departure, your reservation also states: "No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals, or early departures." We apologize for the issues with the restaurant staff, although this is not Orbitur's responsibility (the restaurant is not managed by Orbitur).
