Clean and peaceful site

The site was spotless, shower and toilets fresh clean very well maintained and oddly but, a nice touch a radio in there!
Quite even though close to the main road but a good base location for days out. Canal walk from site and a small spar shop and pub in walking distance.
I feel i need to add as i said no to returning, we probably would not stay here again but that has no reflection on the site but our personal journey to see and experience new places.

Slightly pricey given you have to pay for electric in addition to your pitch price (out of season 97+electric for four nights) no wifi

Nice level pitch, had all the facilites you could want.
Water in shower block very hot, and kept very clean.
Warden very helpful.

Heating in shower block not always on so with the very cold weather we had it was sometimes cold in there.

Nice site. Got a really flat pitch. Showers/toilets nice & clean. Warden was a nice chap. Good flat walk on a path into Clarborough. Only downside is the electric meter being so expensive especially going at this time of year. We did get £2 free but spent about £20 for 2 nights. Maybe best to go when you don’t need the heating!

Paying extra on a prepay meter for electric, used £5 in 12 hours asked for a top up but never got it so switched to gas, £2 per person if friends want to visit you, £5 if they stay over !! Chemical waste area right next to the outside washing up area, not pleasant. Gray waste is on a 30 degree slope so not all emptied.

Smashing little site, very peaceful and smashing owners/wardens. One of the nicest shower blocks we’ve been in, modern and super clean and plentiful hot water.

Just picked up my very 1st motorhome. Tracey and her other half were fantastic and put my mind at ease. Brilliant showers and toilets. Very welcoming and spotless. Lots of hot water. Will definitely be returning.

Not a single thing. Apart that is from Storm Eowyn.

Lovely friendly couple running the site, with great and clean facilities. Will definitely go back.

The location is very easy to access and close to shops and pubs . This is the second time we have been and we will be back again soon.
