Diane the owner was very welcoming making sure she told us everything we needed to know.
The level site was very clean and tidy with regular checks throughout the day and well into the evening. The pitch was a very generous size. Plenty of space for children to play safely. A sucure paddock to exercise your dog.
Tap water was available from a central point along with waste water point and elson point.
The warm facilities were superb and spotlessly clean and regularly checked thoughout the day and evening. The modern showers are fully adjustable to suit all heights, with a handy place to put your toileties. Shower gel was also provided in each cubical. The numerous hooks on the back of the door made sure all your things were kept dry. The addition of hairdryers with superior mirrors and decent hand dryers is a real bonus.
In a separate area there were more mirrors with a hairdryer and ample sockets for curling tongs etc. or to charge mobile phones.
The dish washing area was always spotless. Plenty of fridges were available for campers to use. There was also a washing machine and tumble dryer at very reasonable cost.
A selection of paperback books, jigsaws and beach equipment were available to use.
We loved seeing the planes come and go from Bristol airport. Far enough away not to be noisy though.

A really lovely get away from it all and chill campsite.

Not on a bus route.
Distance to nearest shop for supplies. Walking on fast difficult roads with very few pavements was a challenge with 2 children. Thank goodness we didn't take mobility scooter as it would have been worse.
Really could have done with a separate vehicle to get out and about.

Very friendly, quiet. Clean including bathroom area. Showers were lovely and what made them better was you could adjust the temperature.

We loved our stay at Myrtle Farm. It was our 1-year-old little girl’s first experience of camping and it couldn’t have been better! Beautiful surroundings, peaceful evenings and the facilities were brilliant (and so clean which is always a worry when camping!)

Slight constant hum from M5

Superb level flat grass pitches.
Shower block and toilets first class.
Very good freeze and pot wash facilities.
Lovely rural setting but has excellent access to main roads and the M5.
Mein host Diane is a lovely person,always smiling,she guides you onto your pitch and is always happy to help,answer any questions or just chat and pass the time of day.
All in all,a lovely fine little site that is well worth a visit.
We shall return next year,so much to explore that we didn't get the chance to do this time.
