Thank you for your feedback. I can only apologise for your upsetting stay. Iam not quite sure what has happened with the shower situation as the shower was working for everyone else. Unfortunately due to the size of the site 6 pitches through the winter it doesn’t warrant an onsite person to be on site and available immediately 24/7. We try to accommodate and assist everyone's needs on site but unfortunately not everyone is approachable and reasonable. I do question however whether this review was left due to the fact there was no refund given because you didn’t bring a dog that you had paid for. This was explained that no refund is given for any cancellation or changes made after the 7 day cancellation policy.
