Spent a week here with our dogs and for most of it we had the site to ourselves – so peaceful with stunning mountain views all around. The dog walking field was perfect for morning strolls, and the toilet/shower block was the best we’ve ever seen, spotlessly clean and modern. Also impressed with the WiFi speed, we have a 5G router we usually use for trips however didn’t need it as it worked amazingly which was a nice surprise!
The staff were really friendly and welcoming too they gave us great tips on local walks. We loved visiting the on-site animals too goats, pigs, and even a Highland cow, and feeding them for just 50p was such a fun touch. The site feels wonderfully rural, yet Dolgellau is only 5 minutes away by car and Snowdonia is easily reached too.
An absolute gem of a place we wouldn’t hesitate to return when visiting North Wales again!N'a pas aimé : –

After you mentioned the noise we did several additional patrols the following night and said it was very quiet throughout the evening and into the night . People intentionally being noisy after 10pm are asked to quieten down however some noises cannot be helped.
I'm disappointed to see that your entire view of the site was tainted by your lack of sleep .
