I loved my stay at this little site. It wasn't busy being midweek, and I was able to take my pick of places on the well kept lawn in the shelter of a hedge. It had everything I needed - including the unexpected use of a freezer where I could keep my ice blocks frozen. I'm not looking for upmarket glamping when I go camping, so having these facilities to hand felt almost luxurious for a very competitive rate (there are good showers and toilets too). It was good to get chatting to other campers too - this always helps when you're traveling solo. I hope to be back soon (see below).

When I was looking to book ahead I found that the availability wasn't there on the Pitchup website to be able to do this. As I'm looking to bring a group in the near future and need to make plans for this, this was a downside. However, the proprietor advised me that it may be possible to make arrangements via the phone (with a number given) so I'm hopeful that this will still be achievable.

Lots of space , picnic Benches showers and toilets , lovely and clean will be coming back

Plenty of space, very welcoming, close to Goodwood.

Basic facilities, very clean. Relaxed hosting. Very friendly staff. Children very much enjoyed our first camping trip. No complaints. Would recommend.

A great, welcoming, flat field with very clean facilities - a great place to stop for 2 nights.

As stayed out of main season had the entire tent camping area to myself so was close the the amenities. Showers were clean with heater and hot water. Toilets clean and full of character. Washing up station with a freezer and section of books if a reader. But due to this being a converted garden shed the wind broke the entrance door which was left not properly locked by a motorhome/caravaner. Very friendly host.

Large pitch with gravel & grass, large field, recycling, washing-up, toilets, showers, location

Toilets were not cleaned from Fri eve until we left Sun a.m, paper roll for hand drying not replenished. We arrived an hour before last check-in & called the mobile, we were directed to our pitch. No order contact from any staff all weekend despite people being around who appeared to be the site owners. I had to text to check on payment. We found this lack of contact a little rude.
