Thankyou for your review. We are a very small team at Horam & are quite often out on the park preforming other tasks. We always leave a note on the door if guests need to contact us & we always head straight back to the office to assist them . Horam is a small village & places do close on a Monday but our staff can offer advice on where to eat etc if needed.
