Really clean facilities, RJ’s bingo, our daughter loved the playground and security dealt with any issues so we felt safe and happy during our stay.

The cost of parking for the leisure park is £4.50 a day - it would be good to offer a parking pass for around £10 for 3 or 4 days when you are staying at Unity Farm.

Toilets were kept clean despite the volume of guests

If you have a young family (ours is 7 months) do not go here.
It was extremely loud, and camping neighbours were inconsiderate. Shouting and loud bassy music into the very early hours.
If camping in a tent, you will be very far from amenities as they are placed for statics. The area itself feels far from any civilisation, and its very expensive. £15 for a 12" takeaway pizza for example.

Unfortunately on the first night we had a family camping near us that had been playing music and shouting till 3am which had kept us and a lot of other families awake till the early hours of the morning which spoilt are holiday . ( two families we’re considering going home early because of it ) however on the second night after the family started playing music again at 11pm the security men on the night time entertainment soon sent someone over to sort the problem out so we could finally get some sleep .

The facilities on site were clean, everything was in a short walking distance from our pitch. there was plenty for the children to do the whole weekend with regards to the entertainment even with the weather being so poor, in between the bad weather there is a nice park, small theme park, market for the adults to walk around. The splash park is so good and great attraction to the site.

Drinks in the entertainment are over priced.
Only complaint on the splash park is the floors with small children still learning they need to walk not run everywhere they either need to replace tiles with none slip tiles or non slip matts putting down as it is a hazard

The park was huge! Plenty of things to do. The whole park was clean, staff were very friendly and was a great location right on the beach
