Friendly staff and lots to do. Clean site with a great park for the kids. Entertainment was great, prices were reasonable and food was good.

Being in a motorhome we found activities in the area very limited. There was one bus to Weston-super-Mare so unless you have a car, it is difficult to explore the area. Although there was a waterpark, theme park and soft play we did not realise they were bookable in advance (apart from the theme park which closed early with little notice). We chose the site as it had things to do if the weather was wet (which it was) so went to the swim park and soft play but couldn’t get in.

The park is well kept, the washing facilities are clean and the wardens very friendly. We really enjoyed swimming each day, although the most of the lockers don't work and they are very small.
The shop was well stocked and the evening entertainment was great fun for the kids.
Despite the poor weather we took a stroll to the beach which was very close to the park, and took 5-10 minutes to get to.

We were totally gutted that the theme park was closed early on 2nd August with no apparent reason, this was my son's 7th birthday and we had planned to get the 3pm-7pm tickets for after our swimming session.
It wasn't immediately clear what you got as part of your unity park pass, in particular the parking at the leisure facility was not included (we walked there every day after). The manager of The Tavern and coffee shop area of the park was rude to his staff in front of us which was quite a shock.
More prizes for the bingo would be a nice touch, £2 per ticket with 500+ people in the room is a lot of takings for two teddy bears!

We have stayed there for 4 days and it was great camping holiday.
The whole site is very nice with plenty of things to do.
Facilities are nice and clean which is very appreciated and also well equipped (washing machines, tumble dryers, showers…ect) always just a short walk from your pitch.
Shop on site also well stocked with everything you need to get if you forget to bring for your stay.
Evening entertainment very good for kids and adults which we were very pleased.
Definitely would come back and recommend. 5 star

The site was very clean and tidy. It was never ran out if supplies in the shower block. Grass pitches well maintained and excellent sized pitches to be able to spead out. Playground was amazing. Swimming pool was fantastic with a great discount for campers. Evening entertainment was awesome a great addition to the holiday. On site fish and chips were very tasty too!!! The beach was lovely and clean and just over the road. Didn't need to leave the site all holiday there was literally everything there.

Only downside was the soft play shut at 3pm and I didn't check and promised the kids a soft play after their afternoon nap only to find it was shouting in 20m. This was wholey my fault but would be nice if it was open till 4/5pm

Lots to do. Massive play park which my twelve year old loved. Arcades, bike hire. Brean leisure and fun fair next door. Toilet and showers next to us. Clean site overall.

The toilet and shower block was disgusting. Toilets blocked, not flushed and overall smelly and messy. Needs attention. I didn't see any attendants for the two days I was there. They appeared on the third day and still not the best.

Place is good for touring with playground, restaurant and supermarket. Environment is comfortable where we live in green field. Toilet is clean with warm water for shower. Electric socket and water supply are just near your tent, so convenience about that.

Firstly, Entrance gate waiting time is too long for drivers. When I drive to the entrance gate, the notice is press to contact the staff, but there is no feedback through the speaker. At that moment, there is heavy rainfall and get wet due to waiting time is too long.
Then, check in for our booking is not clearly, there is no guidance. I think there can be mention in the email, showing go to check in firstly in the reception when you arrive.

Generous pitch sizes, helpful staff, my boys thoroughly enjoyed the water park which was good value with the guest discount. We also liked the market that is open at the weekends. Lovely location over the road from the beach

Toilets and showers were a little tired, apparently the gents toilets were unpleasant . We didn’t visit the theme park as it was grossly overpriced for what essentially was a fun fair with lots of rides out of action. For the same price you would pay to go to Thorpe park.
