We loved it, lots to do on the site, bean beach just a stones throw away and the staff were very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend

Nice quiet site… wardens on site clean facilities. Super dog friendly- a must for us

On arrival shown to pitch…. We checked electric 1st but none for us as used by other users.. fortunately we hadn’t pitched the tent and moved to another pitch. Would have been very annoying had we pitched up then found out

Easy to find resort, very clean and tidy, organised well, friendly staff, plenty to do for the kids, ours really enjoyed themselves, highly recommended

The facilities where great, lots of clean toilets and showers. There is lots to do even with bad weather. The wardens were friendly and helpful. The play park is huge and has lots to offer for all ages. We enjoyed the site and what it had to offer and will be returning in the future for sure.

We disliked the cod from the on site chip shop, it was so thin it was almost none existent. We also thought the Chinese was disappointing given the cost of it. Neither of us are very fussy eaters either but the quality was just poor.

The location, the cleanliness of the shower and toilet block, pot wash facilities and the amenities with the shop and takeaways all on site. We didn’t go into any of the entertainment facilities but it looked popular. The leisure swimming with slides and the theme park at great location and a must for my older children. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with directions. Always in presence at the wardens office. We pitched on Green field and had an enjoyable stay. 5 min walk to the sandy beach which was clean and big enough for space to relax not overcrowded. Noise curfew abided by on green field which was perfect to get some sleep after very busy days.

The indoor entertainment facilities are not dog friendly hence us not visiting. A shame really as it did look and sound good with plenty of people coming and going. Would’ve been nice to spend an afternoon inside joining in. Maybe would benefit from a no dog rule after 7pm.
Signposting to the beach could be improved as we entered up a track which wouldn’t be ideal for those needing pushchairs or wheelchairs access. Nothing else to dislike.

The facilities were good and always clean. Staff / wardens were friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Lovely hot water in the showers; big and clean shower block with lots of availability (even on a very busy bank holiday); accommodating staff who are friendly and went out of their way to be helpful; great pitches with a relaxed atmosphere; LOADS of space for manoeuvering as a first time tower; great entertainment for the kids in the club; delicious takeaways on site.

Size of pitch

Toilet/shower block not very clean, and constantly smelt of cigarette smoke, no other guests seem to respect the level of noise for others, kids left unattended in the park, causing near misses with cars. The warden couple were welcoming and explained everything well, but sadly that was the only good thing. Wont be returning.

Wardens are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Hardstanding pitch on green field spacious and close to toilet block and outdoor play area. Short walk to Brean Splash and theme park.

The cashier in the supermarket (receipt named her as Lesley A). Grandkids only touched the shelf with the purses on and it fell to the floor. They started to pick them up while I went to tell the cashier. THREE times I said it was an accident only to be scowled at, then she said nastily 'pick those up' . She could not fit the shelf back on properly. No manners when paying for gifts. Very Very rude person!!!

The unity park was great the water Park, entertainment ,theme park ,and location was great staff was really nice but I would not be going camping there again there was no curfew at night and had 3 awful nights no sleep they would be up until 3.30 in the morning so we decided to upgrade to a caravan fantastic choice lovely caravan will be visiting again but not camping, warden was a very helpful .also park for kids was excellent.

No curfew for camping needs a curfew set up for camping 3.30 in the morning is too late when you have kids .
