Lovely site. You can park next to your tent. Pitch sizes are generous for camping. We had plenty of space for the 6 person tent, car and playing games. We didn't have anyone on the pitches either side of us which was nice for a summer weekend. The campervan spaces around the edge of the field seemed busier. There was a little shop and cafe on site which is very helpful...especially when I forgot to pack tomato ketchup. Nice little playground. Toilet blocks were clean, there was always toilet paper and the showers were lovely and warm. Great kite field with a big hill that had lovely views. We are local to the area (we were testing camping with our 4 year old!) so already knew that there are lovely places to visit nearby. Recommend renting a canoe or kayak at Thrupp.

There were some families and children being very noisy until 11pm despite the fact it's meant to be quiet by 10pm but that's just camping I guess.

Shower & toilet block very clean and spacious large flat pitches

Been told where your pitch is, this was the first time I’ve ever been told where to pitch, we were all put in one corner of the touring pitches when 2 thirds of the pitches were empty, staff should of spread everyone out instead of us all shoved together on one end of the site, would of been nice to of been able to move to another pitch of my choice I had screaming kids on either side of me waking me up at 2am in the morning & also another camper decided to drive onto site at 0030 am with the engine running waking us up I thought no one was was allowed to enter or leave site after 10 pm

Excellent communication when I emailed ,staff were very helpful on arrival very clean toilets /shower.and smelt lovely when you walked in.grass was cut after leaving your plot.lovely sized plot. Ideal having a shop and cafe used the cafe a couple of times a day the food was 100% very tasty and. Value for money.its a fisherman's paradise..and you can walk around the lake which me did daily with the dog..

Pitches not 100% level...you need you ramps ..wifi very poor.but you could purchase a premium WiFi

Our first time visiting Greenhill and we were impressed with the size of our pitch. Gravel pitch with grass was a very good size. Very nice facilities and friendly staff.

Quiet location. Great shower block.

Wifi was patchy and no 4g signal.

The pitches were large and close to amenities. The electric was easily accessible and the pitch area was well maintained.

Being the last Saturday/Sunday of the summer holidays it was very noisy and made it difficult for my 6 year old daughter to fall asleep. The noise carried on well past 10pm. Cars honking close to midnight. The toilets were ok, however they could have done with being refreshed more frequently than they were. Including the large toilet roll wads on the ceilings.

Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and shown to our space, really efficient check in!
It’s a lovely campsite situated near the river with fishing ponds on site. Happy with the camping space, and the manicured surrounding made it a very pleasant place to be!

The whole site was very well set out. All the pitches separated by either trees or shrubs. It was a beautiful location with fishing lakes and a river all on site. There was a great play area for the kids we will definitely come back with our grandkids. Nice to see a cafe on site if you don’t fancy cooking your own breakfast.

Only downside is there is no bus service so you have to get a taxi if you want to go into Woodstock.
