We loved this beautiful site.
It was perfect. So tidy, shower block was fantastic, amazing showers, everything so ckean.
Spots to park on were spacious with own picnic bench, water and EHU to each space. Hardstanding.

Owner was lovely, stopped and chatted for a while, really lovely.

Close to a farm and farm shop and also a very nice pub about 12 minwalk.
We 100% will be staying again. Very relaxing.

Our second stay of the year, first stay was March 2023, already written a review for this.

Just returned from here after another very enjoyable 3 nights over bank-holiday.
The new improved front gate was brilliant meaning i could operate both control pads from within my car, without having to get out for the first gate (as previously had to)
The site was again very tidy & the facilities spotlessy clean :).

Mark, the owner, was again very polite & welcoming on the occasions we saw him.

Would still definately recommend, and would return should we wish to visit the area again.

The site was the most spacious we have encountered in our travels with our Basecamp 2 in the past two years. It was so easy to pitch and hook up that for the first time we managed everything with no glitches whatsover. The owner was very informative and relaxed and the orchard in which the site is located was very well managed. The toilet and shower block closest to us at the bottom of the orchard was spotlessly clean and the showers great. I should also add that this is a very secure site with codes for two gates that open automatically and this led to us feeling very secure. There are lovely walks from the site into the village and beyond and good value food at the local pub. We would certainly recommend the site to mature couples.

Nothing. Some reviews mention the noise from the road but we can honestly say that it did not affect us at all.

Friendly welcome by the campsite team.
Nice local shops and pub within walking distance.
Good spaces for the dog and children to run around

WIFI access in future would be great but certainly not essential and was not promised in the listing so not an issue.
Road noise is quite loud but no major disturbances.

Good base for stratford upon Avon and Warwick.

Lovely large hard standing pitch, own water tap and electric point. Friendly welcome on arrival and gave us information about the site and local amenities. Slight road noise but didn’t bother us it was our second visit and will stay again.

The site is easy to find. The pitches are level and large, with water and electric on the pitch. There is plenty of space between pitches. The toilet blocks were kept very clean

There is constant traffic noise from the A46 which is right next to the site.

The site is beautifully maintained and has large pitches. Out hosts welcomed us and pointed out the nearest amenities as well as the site’s facilities, which are modern and spotlessly clean. It was a lovely, relaxing stay and we can wholeheartedly recommend this site and hosts.

Very spacious pitch, good facilities, though near a main road didn't disturb us at all. Shop and pub near by. Friendly owner who checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great location, very clean and caravans were very well distanced apart.
I can not find anything wrong with this site. Not far from both Warwick castle and Stratford .
Fantastic, we will be returning.
