We do advise clearly on pitchup.com that the facilities are unisex and shared. As we have mentioned before we are looking into adding additional facilities. The cost, labour and time has a big impact on us being able to do this and at the moment, being a new site we are unable to offer more facilities.
When we send an email with your check in information attached we do have a map of the site which shows where the waste disposal, your pitch and facilities are located.
Sorry our site was not for you, we have alot of guest who love what we offer.

As we have mentioned many times before we are looking into having another toilet block added to the site.
Unfortunately due to the cost, labour, planning permissions etc this is not an easy or quick thing for us to do.
As we are a new site we are constantly looking at ways to improve our facilities, while still keeping the cost to guest low. We take all comments on board.
We do not hide that the facilities are shared, including plenty of photos of the toilet block and therefore expect that guest are aware of this before they book.
