Good location

Shower block / toilets need a good clean.
Cobwebs / dead flies in lights
Grouting around sinks and tiles need a good bleach.
Floor looked like it had been moped in dirty water.
Needs a couple of hours TLC in there with some cleaning chemicals.

Mick at no 4 really helped us out had a leak in van and he came and fixed it , great chap 👍.
The site overall is clean , pitches are not really big enough for large caravans, I'd say this is more of a motor home site, no parking by pitches.
But all in all we had a nice chilled time

Proximity to Stratford , good bus service directly outside the site.

Toilet blocks need modernising , pitches would be better if levelled .

Great little site, really quiet, away from the road , nothing to fancy just really relaxing toilets and showers clean and tidy.

On site shop only open 8:30 am for an hour so get up early if you need anything.

Size of spaces was great and overall site was great. Felt safe

The site was very quiet and peaceful. Small site so a short walk to the showers and toilets block and to the refuse bins at one end and grey waste at the other end. Bus stop right outside entrance opposite the road. Conveniently only a few miles from Stratford Upon Avon.

Ladies showers and toilets not clean enough - dried mud on whole of corridor floor and mat just inside. 3 out of 4 soap dispensers empty. Shower curtain stuck to me, tried 3 different shower cubicles all had slow drainage either standing in water or flooded the cubicle next door. Pitch sloped so much we were still not entirely level on our large wedges(ramps).

Reception staff were very friendly. Site was quiet and peaceful.
Showers and toilets were warm and clean.
In the morning we went to check the bus times, and a couple of gentlemen were going into town and kindly offered us a lift.
