The area is peaceful & friendly people go there.
The man who looks after the site, was really friendly & helpful..
He gave us a bit of red sauce for my Hot Dogs as we forgot.
And helped with our Barbecue needs of a slab on the picnic tables provided.
It was Great for my first stay in a tent.
I do recommend.
I was able to have a wash in the sink provided & they have a kitchen area for tea & coffee with a pool table & TV Room.
With porta loo’s..

That theirs no showers.
But managed a wash at the sink.
With privacy going into the porta loo’s to change my clothes.

What a beautiful location! Off the beaten track, it felt very safe and secure. Pipe Hall Farm is easily accessible from the campsite for a wonderful woodland walk, and the Three Tuns is only a 4 minute drive away if you fancy a drink and a bite. Our wonderful host, Richard, couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. I’m very much looking forward to my next visit!

The location is amazing, about 4 miles from litchfield, nice small site, Richard the owner is so helpful and friendly. Nice clean site. We will be back.

Lovely site and Richard was so friendly and welcoming. Very peaceful and the fact it backs onto a beautiful woodland where we could walk our dog made it just perfect!

Lovely quiet location. Great site not over crowded at all. Fab walks straight from field into the woods. Faculties were as described, except no WiFi but that was OK for us. And dog friendly too.
Richard and joy were fantastic, we will be coming back

Perfect weekend. Lovely walk through the gate at top of field, our dogs enjoyed their stay. Richard the owner was a lovely man, so helpful. Indian takeaway local that delivers to the site.
