Beautiful lake and very clean facilities supplied toilet roll and free to use showers.
Washing machine on site.
Shop on site.
Lovely little town up the road a nice 10 minute walk from camp.
Would recommend long/ short stay here at this camp as ideal for both.

Our electric hook up was awkward as we had to go on someone’s permanent pitch which the owners gated so we had to climb over to plug in to the electrics.
We were also pitched next to were the RVs empty and clean there toilets. Which was annoying because in the morning we would be woken up by RV campers.

Quiet clean site owners helpful and welcoming pich size good excellent bike routes to sea and city good for fishing

The site was just what we were looking for, close to the ferry terminal. The people were very friendly and helpful. Had we booked this site for a 2 week holiday we would not have been disappointed. It’s a lovely spot and very family friendly. We would definitely recommend it and we would certainly come here again.

No sinks next to toilets

On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were allocated a pitch for our motorhome which was attractively located facing the lake. The facilities were clean and good with quite warm water - no toilet roll so had to remember to take with us when visiting. Small shop well stocked if slightly expensive, though that was to be accepted. Pitches relatively level and privately screened from one another by low hedges .

We used this site as a stop over…as a treat we had a lake side pitch 26euros you can’t go wrong…lovely pitch…nice and quiet

Quite glad we are self contained the facilities are a little run down…open air toilets..showers need a little TLC…
