The location, relatively close to Dieppe. I was a lone cyclist catching the ferry from Dieppe so needed somewhere relatively close. I had a non-electric pitch right next to the river. This was my most favourite campsite pitch ever. It was quite serene spending the evening watching the wildlife around and on the river.

Lovely clean, picturesque site, friendly people and the site staff were extremely helpful.
Good cycle route into Dieppe.

The waste disposal bins could have been more accessible and not such a trek.

Camp was an excellent place to stay, for this reason would recommend it.

However, it’s such a shame that the following had to happen and I feel could have been dealt with better.

I was overcharged at the site, perfectly fine as mistakes do happen. Reported it and the site kindly agreed to return me via bank transfer because apparently, refunding is complicated. Funny tho how taking my payment was so simple. Was asked for various bank numbers. Fair enough, gave all requested. Told money would be back within the week. Then got an email stating it’s more complicated then they thought. If the camp site wish to dispute this I have the emails. Looks like no refund.

Very clean site with helpful staff, facilities were all clean all in all a very peaceful campsite within a nice setting.

Views, the staff was welcoming and the croissants in the morning delicious.

Toilets are concentrated on one side, tent pitch not leveled, too close from other campers.

Clean fascilities and peaceful surroundings. We got to watch fish jump into the night and we got visits from a duck family, keeping us entertained for hours. Excellent area for fishing. The showers were also warm and powerful.

The facilities were clean, but they were a distance from our plot, which meant there was no chance of going to use the facilities in the dark. Washing dishes was also a nightmare and if we ate late, we had to leave the dishes until the next day. The toilets were unisex and outside, so defo no using them in the dark.
We went with a 16 year old and I was completing uni work, we attempted to get the password from the boy who worked there on a few occassions, with no success as he either didn't know it and didn't speak good English. This meant we had to purchase extra WiFi at an additional cost to ourselves...

Good sized pitch (there are varying sizes). Lovely and peaceful by the lake, very pretty.

Very friendly staff but the admin seemed disorganised. They couldn’t find our booking when we arrived. Once sorted I paid in full, but when we left after two nights they only had a record of the deposit being paid. Fortunately I had the receipt for the full payment. The code for the barrier didn’t work at first which meant we couldn’t go out the first evening as planned in case couldn’t get back in later in the evening.

Would prefer toilets with seats and toilet paper, and urinals more private from womens toilets.

Loved this site, our pitch was brilliant, friendly helpful staff, spotless facilities, decent shop for essentials, visiting different food vans made a nice change and fresh bread daily.
